We do not offer general returns or exchanges. All custom pieces are final sale. However, please let us know if there is a problem with your order or items were damaged during shipping at hello@jillcate.com. We are here for you!

Most non-custom items ship within 3-4 business days from California (but we aim for faster!). Custom items are usually shipped within 3-4 weeks, depending on the order.
